Breaker Bolts

The breaker bolt has long and short bolts. The long and short bolts are divided into side plate bolts and through bolts. The side plate bolts are also called splint bolts, and the through bolts are also called through-core (through-body) screws.
The splint bolts and the whole body bolts are made of 40cr, 42crmo special steel, which is more flexible and anti-loosening. Small bolts are very important to the life of the hammer body and the steel drill.

1. Through bolts (through bolts) are generally produced with grade 12.9 alloy structural steel. Through bolts are important components for fixing the upper, middle and lower cylinders of the breaker. If the through bolts are loose or broken, it will cause the piston and the cylinder to strike. The cylinders are pulled out of the same center. Generally speaking, the through bolts are made of high-performance alloy structural steel. Whether it is elongation or yield strength, they can reach the standard that carbon steel cannot achieve, so that even in high-strength working environments It can still maintain high toughness and strength, and in order to maximize profits in the market, many manufacturers, including new breaker assembly manufacturers, use carbon steel modulated or non-quenched and tempered bolts to assemble the breaker. The hazard is that the torque of the bolt is reached, but as long as the vibration occurs during work, it will be loosened again soon, especially in places where the work intensity of the mine is relatively high, it will be tightened again after a few hours, and it is a vicious circle. After repeated tightening several times, the elongation rate reaches the limit and it breaks, while the bolts produced by regular manufacturers will not loosen after they reach the standard value at one time, and they are generally inspected once a month.
